The song Alpha, an ambient drone piece, was created for World Sleep Day 2023. Sleep is such an important part of our lives and yet so many of us struggle with it. For me meditation has been a wonderful way to deal with anxiety and restlessness. I wanted to create something that could help calm the mind and enable meditation and sleep. Nothing too new there, but this one doesn't include a piano. I hope that this song can offer some comfort for those who may be struggling with sleep.
